Maintenance Engineer

Description

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Assisting with planning and executing the preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance of production equipment.

• Working with teams in the maintenance organization and assists line employees in basic maintenance procedures.

• Assisting Facilities, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering in problem identification, trouble shooting, and equipment issue resolution and repair.

• Assisting with spare parts and indirect materials inventory by using a computerized maintenance management system.

• Assisting with equipment engineering design evaluations.

• Building preventative maintenance processes to ensure equipment is available and capable.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following competencies:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within an industrial environment.

• Demonstrated experience managing teams.

• Previous experience utilizing Oracle, SAP or any relevant RPC.

• Have initiative, creativity, know how to work under pressure and be results-oriented.

• Proven experience performing and developing continuous improvements.

• College, university, or Technical Training in the industrial sector (Higher Degree).

• Advance/intermediate English level required (B2).
