We’re looking for a talented Business Process Analyst to join our team specializing in Global Sales Support function for our POWER SYSTEMS ORGNIZATION. Be part of creating a brand-new tool with end users for an upcoming project and get a unique opportunity to work alongside the global DBU Team.
In this role, here are some of the ways you will make an impact:
Elicit requirements from business and technical stakeholders and turn them into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Lead requirements gathering and analysis activities across all stakeholder groups applying varied techniques to ensure the needs are appropriately articulated into user stories with clear acceptance criteria and prioritized determining the need/benefit versus value.
Manages, develops, and implements projects of varying complexity and size in assigned functional area. Partners with business stakeholders to ensure a successful project completion.
Leads multiple projects from inception to completion; facilitates project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to determine the scope and objectives of each project; works with business stakeholders to establish project performance goals; designs project plan, develops timeline, identifies project milestones, and tracks performance against performance goals and timeline.
Plans and monitors project budget, conducts research and analysis; provides input into the design and development of project plans and timelines.
Documents and shares team learnings with other teams; draws on other project team experiences to enhance the project's success.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Great communication skills, as the role involves detailed interactions across multiple lines of business and core processing areas. Need to be able to communicate change clearly and negotiate tradeoffs for new design solutions against existing processes and tools.
Problem solver with the ability to assist in the development of solutions for stakeholders, able to review and implement process improvements.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail is required to document business processes and seek out opportunities to automate and simplify.
Managing conflict situations effectively with the ability to manage without authority; manages complexity - Making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.
College, university, or equivalent degree bachelor’s degree with relevant work experience.
Knowledge of Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ, preferred, as well an understanding of sales process and sales tools (Preferred).
Preferred Experience with process re-design, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to aid in decision making with knowledge of 6 Sigma, Value Stream Transformation, continuous improvement experience.
This role can be anywhere within the UK or Europe
You will be rewarded with:
£47,600 - £59,500 (depending on experience)
