Cummins Inc. Operations Administrator in Atlanta, Georgia
We are looking for a talented Operations Administrator to join our team specializing in Logistics as a Operations Administrator for our Distribution Business Segment in Atlanta, GA.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Entering data into a database or other computerized system to maintain up-to-date stock/inventory and training records..
Responding to customer escalations, order allocation, part profile & inventory records; preparing reports, training operators, customs compliance processes, domestic and international transportation related procedures.
Comply withHSE standards, policies, procedures & regulations.
Receive incoming goods, accurately sort, label/package, store goods and arrange storage to optimize warehouse space.
Operates manual and automated equipment to pick, pack and ship product per the customer expectations.
Assist in managing CPW KPI including but not limited to identifying systematic discrepancies, researching the root cause and correcting the discrepancy.
Manage End-to-End process for drop shipment orders.
Create RGA's for local distributors as well as distributors across North America using Excel and OBIEE.
Create and manage Purchase Orders to support E-Commerce and allied product needs.
Manage discrepancy claims with vendors, and issuing credit as needed.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
