This is an exciting opportunity based out of NEBRASKA & West IOWA for a:

Territory Sales & Service Manager - NEBRASKA & West IOWA (Hybrid)

(Hybrid Role) This role is expected to travel, 25-50% within the Region (NEBRASKA & West IOWA), to support business needs, as well as working remotely from home. Feel free to reach out, with specifics

Your impact will happen in these and other ways:

  • Prospect, develop and capture new opportunities with large, complex accounts.

  • Use product technical expertise to assist in providing repair guidance to dealerships and customers when needed.

  • Make decisions on how to best utilize assigned budgeted funds to address service issues.

  • Promote product training within assigned territory.

  • Primary product responsibility includes, Manual & Automatic transmissions, clutch and PTO's mostly involving class 8 vehicles.

  • Situations, specifically around service may also involve and require familiarity with other components on class 6-8 vehicles. Examples include but not limited to: Engines, Aftertreatment Systems, Axles, Drivelines and other Power Train components.

  • Oversees relevant projects, programs, and business relationships with assigned accounts and/or within the assigned territory or segment.

  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships at various levels within complex accounts, to enable identification of a customer’s needs, business model and buying process.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Minimum of 5 years of Relevant work experience, preferably in Sales, Marketing, and/or some blend of technical experience

  • In Lieu of a Bachelors Degree, 7 Years of relevant work experience is preferred.

  • Extensive experience in Field Sales or Sales Management is desirable.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

College, university, or equivalent Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or technical related subject matter required.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
