We are looking for a talented CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGER to join our team specializing in MARKETING for our COORPORATE SEGMENT in COLUMBUS, INDIANA.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Designs innovative experiences and solutions that meet customer needs and translates user needs into desirable, viable, and feasible solutions that improve the lives and businesses of customers.

  • Plays a pivotal role in leading progress of the Program/Project teams through phases of human-centered design.

  • Serves as a subject-matter expert in human-centered design, advising stakeholders/customers on the benefits and application of human-centered design .

  • Manages and tracks project plan and budget, then communicates status to stakeholders and leaders.

  • Drives use of visual design to enhance ease of use of the solution and engagement.

  • Builds alignment among cross-functional team members regarding scope, problems to be solved, the approach, and deliverables.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Design Research - Implements ethnographic research by connecting directly with customers and/or end-users to build empathy and understanding; participatory research by engaging and collaborating with customers to uncover the unknowns and redefine the problem; or evaluative research by co-designing (or collaborating) with customers to assess the usability of a proposed solution in order to discover insights, ideate a desired path to a better solution, or share findings.

  • Facilitation - Guides group discussions or training by creating an active environment where questions are posed, perspectives are shared, and debates occur with the goal of gaining understanding, analyzing issues, resolving conflict, exploring solutions, or making decisions.

  • Creative Confidence - Explores problem spaces and the art of the possible and builds great ideas by establishing a safe space where you can encourage and inspire alternative perspectives, shed biases, and blend/build upon generated ideas to facilitate creativity within yourself or amongst a group.

  • Cultivates innovation - Creating new and better ways for the organization to be successful.

Education, Licenses, Certifications

Bachelor's degree in Design or related field or equivalent experience required.

Master's degree in Design or related field preferred.

Certification in PMP, VPI, Information Technology, Project Management, or Business Transformation Project Management preferred.

Certified human-centered design practitioner preferred (LUMA or equivalent)

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
