We are looking for a talented Electronic Tools Application Engineer to join our team specializing in Engineering for our Components Business based in Columbus, IN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Tools Application level testing: Analyze defects or change requests from customers, write user level test cases, perform application level acceptance testing, co-ordinate field testing and work with tool developers for a successful tool release.

  • Tools Customer care lane support: Collecting data, troubleshooting and resolving tools issues for end customers, Will be working on Tier 2 and 3 level issues related to tools installation, datalinks, tool feature usage, and tool interactions.

  • Support Electronic Tool Datalogger: Support Electronic Tool datalogger by re-imaging the devices with the new software image files and configure them to be able to connect and function as intended. Perform quality checks before handing or shipping it to the customers.


To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • University/College degree required

  • 2 years of relevant work history

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
