We are looking for a talented Senior Systems Engineering Product Specialist to join our team specializing in Emissions and Diagnostic compliance for our Product Compliance and Regulatory affairs’ Technical Compliance and Certification group in Columbus, Indiana or your remote home office.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Provide technical and project leadership to manage successful and timely removal of deficiency and concern on North America, On Highway Diesel and Hybrid, Natural Gas engines.

  • Provide leadership for assigned diagnostics across multiple products, working with algorithm development owners, diagnostic tuners, program and regulatory stakeholders to develop and implement solution to meet internal and regulatory requirements.

  • Develop and track cross program Deficiency & Concern removal plans to ensure optimal use of resources by identifying appropriate work

  • Develop, lead and manage process and tools to aid Deficinecy and concern removals.

  • Mentor and coach stakeholders at various levels on processes, technical, regulatory aspects.Our culture believes in POWERING YOUR POTENTIAL . Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Experience in technical and project leadership while working with different level of stakeholders in across business units, organizations, and programs.

  • Experience in diesel and natural gas engines, light and heavy duty (1968.2 & 1971.1) regulation is preferred.

  • Experience in developing diagnostic algorithm and calibrations is preferred

  • At least Three (3) years of professional experience in the related field required.

  • College, university, or equivalent bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other relevant technical disciplines is required.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
