Description

We are looking for a talented Health and Wellness Data Analytics Manager to join our team specializing in Health and Wellness for Cummins Corporate in your remote/home office

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

-Manages the design, development and implementation of systems and processes to facilitate the collection, consolidation, analysis and reporting of Human Resources data across the Corporation globally in support of key business objectives. Coordinates and/or conducts the training of Human Resources employees on reporting and analysis methodologies, tools and processes. Utilizes knowledge of Human Resources business processes/systems/information, the human resources database structure and reporting and analytical tools to provide accurate human resources information and analytics in support of effective management decision making.

-Manages the development and delivery of management reports, analytics and executive summaries for key processes ensuring alignment with corporate timelines and standards.

-Partners with regional and global Human Resources data management groups to ensure effective common delivery of Human Resources analysis to the business.

-Manages the design, delivery and monitoring of reporting and analytical initiatives, processes and tools that enable Human Resources to achieve performance excellence in this sub function area.

-Leads the policy and process development related to this sub function; ensures accuracy and completeness of Reporting Process Documentation.

-Conducts complex internal and external research and completes management summaries; manages the best practice review for this Human Resources sub function.

-Supports key global and regional Human Resources initiatives and processes by providing data and information analysis.

-Coaches and mentors Human Resources team members; may manage staff by assigning work according to availability, skills, and developmental needs; assesses performance and provides feedback to direct reports.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

-Optimizes work processes - Knowing the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement.

-College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.

-Materially contribute to core health and benefits analytics projects involving medical, prescription drug, dental and disability benefit data

-Demonstrate the ability to interpret and complete the measurement of specialized health management, pharmacy, absence and disability programs and topics and create data visualizations that are easily understood

-Provide support for Health & Wellness though the provision of data to support strategy development, quality improvement projects, and development of value propositions

  • 4 years’ experience dealing with the analysis of health and welfare plan data, ideally gained in a benefit consulting/brokerage firm, commercial data warehouse company or reporting function of an insurance company

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
