We are looking for a talented HRIT Technical Analyst – ServiceNow , to join our Cummins Corporate team in Columbus, Indiana, U.S. (Hybrid)
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Experience and proficiency in designing and delivering quality analysis artifacts and deliverables such as Process Maps, Business requirement and rules, User Stories, User Flows, Use cases, data and Conceptual models and Test cases.
Technical knowledge of data integration tools (web service, XML, JSON), administering ServiceNow HRSD applications including user administration, updating workflow configurations, importing data, transform maps, and building reports.
Stay up to date with new features available in ServiceNow HRSD and lead the implementation of technical work. Partner with Cybersecurity and Ethics and Compliance teams to ensure all IT solutions remain in compliance.
Solution Validation Testing - Validates a configuration item change or solution using the Function's defined best practices, including the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards, tools and metrics, to ensure that it works as designed and meets customer requirements.
Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience.
Skills
Performance Tuning - Conceptualizes, analyzes and solves application, database and hardware problems using industry standards and tools, version control, and build and test automation to meet business, technical, security, governance and compliance requirements.
Solution Configuration - Configures, creates and tests a solution for commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) applications using industry standards and tools, version control, and build and test automation to meet business, technical, security, governance and compliance requirements.
Assists in creating and managing the technical specifications from which programs and configurations will be applied to create the application, infrastructure, or complete solution.
Education :
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant work experience.

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
