Integrations Operations Analyst


We are looking for a talented Integrations Operations Analyst to join our team specializing in Systems/Information Technology for our Corporate Business Segment in Columbus, IN / your remote home office.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Be responsible for building high-quality, innovative and fully performing software in compliance with coding standards and technical design. Design, modify, develop, write and implement software programming applications. Support and/or install software applications. Key participant in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software.

  • Develop software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle; Document and demonstrate solutions; Develops flow charts, layouts and documentation

  • Determine feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development and proposed solutions; Understand business needs and know how to create the tools to manage themPrepare and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards and programming

  • Recommend state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques and computing equipment; participate in educational opportunities; read professional publications; maintain personal networks; participate in professional organizations; remain passionate about great technologies, especially open source

  • Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and issues while protecting IT assets by keeping information confidential; Improve applications by conducting systems analysis recommending changes in policies and procedures

  • Define applications and their interfaces, allocate responsibilities to applications, understand solution deployment, and communicate requirements for interactions with solution context, define Nonfunctional Requirements (NFRs)

  • Understand multiple architectures and how to apply architecture to solutions; understands programming and testing standards; understands industry standards for traditional and agile development

  • Provide oversight and foster Built-In Quality and Team and Technical Agility; Adopt new mindsets and habits in how people approach their work while supporting decentralized decision making.


To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • College, university, or equivalent degree in computer science, engineering or related subject, or relevant experience equivalent.

  • Relevant Information Technology experience required (8 years), including minimum of 5 years’ experience in Integration technologies like MuleSoft, Oracle SOA, ODI etc.

  • 2 years of experience in Production Support handling production releases, troubleshooting production issues, handling incidents and Root cause Analysis.

  • Proficiency with MuleSoft APIs, API Management, API Gateway, Oracle fusion middleware - SOA, OSB, ODI, OIC, Oracle DB, Oracle WebLogic. Proficiency in developing, enhancing Integration Components and APIs

  • Experience in cloud technologies with Integrations platform hosted in OIC, AWS, Azure - preferable

  • Experience with DevOps including scripting, automation of Build, Deploy, Testing & Release Management - preferable

  • Certifications in MuleSoft, Oracle SOA, AWS, OIC – preferable

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and capable of working with multiple stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
