IT Quality Assurance Analyst - Senior, Electronic Tools (Off-Site)
We are looking for a talented IT Quality Assurance Analyst - Senior, Electronic Tools to join our Electronic Tools Business Unit, based out of Columbus, IN. (Offsite)
In this role, you will make an impact among the following ways:
Responsible for building high-quality, innovative, and fully performing software in compliance with coding standards and technical design.
Design, modify, develop, write and implement software programming applications; supporting and/or installing software applications, and serve as a key participant in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software.
Develop software solutions by studying information needs; confer with users; study systems flow, data usage and work processes; investigate problem areas; following the software development lifecycle; document and demonstrate solutions; and develop flow charts, layouts and documentation.
Determine feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development and proposed solutions; Understand business needs and know how to create the tools to manage them
Prepare and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards and programming
Recommend state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques and computing equipment; participate in educational opportunities; read professional publications; maintain personal networks; participate in professional organizations; remain passionate about great technologies, especially open source
Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and issues while protecting IT assets by keeping information confidential; improve applications by conducting systems analysis recommending changes in policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
College, university, or equivalent degree in computer science, engineering or related subject, or relevant experience equivalent.
Intermediate level of relevant work experience required of 3-5 years minimum. .
Demonstrated experience in working in Agile environments, with fundamental IT technical skillsets

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
