TheMedical Operations and Provider Relations Directoris a critical leadership role in guiding and developing the strategy and oversight of medical operations and provider quality that keep our global employees and families on the journey to continuous improvement of their health and wellbeing.
Your impact will happen in these and other ways:
Setting the medical service delivery strategy and executing to deliver high quality and value based occupational, primary and specialty services
Develop and identify programs and services that aim to improve targeted health outcomes
Developing and presenting performance reports to top internal and external leadership
Developing evaluation plans that assess medical service delivery and effectiveness in our global health centers and medical rooms
Reviewing economic performance of health centers and medical rooms to determine ROI and any needed operational changes
Overseeing health center and medical service vendors and holding them accountable to:
Attracting top talent for service delivery
Reviewing resource utilization based on demand
Planning, forecasting and administering yearly budgets for health centers and medical rooms
Documenting and implementing contingency plans for service delivery
Conducting quality improvement assessments that align with Patient-Centered Medical Home elements
Leading and delegating to clinical operations team to meet strategy goals and objectives
Monitoring and consulting on High Performance Network providers and organizations identified performance; and in conjunction with the health and welfare benefits team
Responsible for oversite of global employee referral program
Reviewing value provider network performance reports to identify Quality providers and processes
Supporting and partnering with health and welfare benefits team to identify and develop programs that deliver measurable quality outcomes
Collaborating and supporting cross-functional teams in their health and wellness efforts to achieve company goals and objectives
Work with global partners to understand and implement country and regional health care policies and legal regulations to ensure compliance
Masters Degree Preferred
10 years of Clinical Operations and Healthcare Business Management experience
Patient Centered Medical Home Implementation
Knowledge of Electronic Health Record Implementation
Compensation and Benefits
Base annual salary commensurate with experience plus annual variable compensation.
