Organizational Design Leader
Description
We are looking for a talented Organizational Design Leader to join our team specializing in Talent Management for our Human Resources department. This role is 100% remote but based in Central and Southern IN. Post pandemic remote work will be flexible.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Leads the Organizational Design intake process, thoroughly assessing the needs of the organizational change to ensure that appropriate Organizational Design principles and support models are applied and resourced.
Overseeing and reporting on Organizational Design KPIs to leadership, and measuring the effectiveness of capability building / learning solutions and monitor or adjust accordingly
Working closely with internal Organizational Design HR practitioners to ensure application of the Organizational Design methodology using expert knowledge base and current best practices according to the defined operating model
Managing 3rd party vendor relationships to ensure appropriate use of external consulting as needed and ensuring methodology development to include emergent trends
Managing the development and communication of common tools and training content, and the effectiveness of capability building / learning solutions and monitor or adjust accordingly
Leading and maintaining connect site training platform development, content and access management
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
College, university, or equivalent to Bachelors’ Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required
Proven experience as an Organizational Design Practitioner, completing at least 2 to 3 large scale projects and skilled at coaching others
Demonstrated experience and ability to influence at all levels of the organization and across business and geographical boundaries
Experience with Human Resources Consulting and Human Resources functional knowledge to interpret the business environment and processes effectively

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
