This is an exciting opportunity for Project Manager - Senior - Marketing #IN711 in Columbus, IN

Your impact will happen in these and other ways:

  • Leads multiple cross-functional projects that may comprise a program from inception to completion using experience with Business Planning and Strategy.

  • Facilitates project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to determine the scope and objectives of each project using knowledge of Scope Management.

  • Solicit and organize customer requirements using Voice of the Customer to assist business stakeholders to establish project performance goals.

  • Designs project plan, develops timeline, identifies project milestones, and tracks performance against performance goals and timeline.

  • Responsible to work with business and functional leaders to define tangible and measurable business outcomes and to lead the program achieving those business outcomes.

  • Identifies, tracks, and works with others to resolve project issues.

  • Monitors and communicates project status to project team.

  • Plans and monitors project budget, conducts research and analysis, provides input into the design and development of project plans and timelines.

  • Manages Project Risk and uses quality tools including DFSS (Design for Six Sigma) and DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) to identify areas of risk, alternatives or solutions and applies motivational techniques to broad-based organization change issues.

  • Proficiently use Value Package Profile (VPP) to define, develop and release new products, and revise current products.

  • Leverages experience of cross-functional resources and resources external to the project team, documents and shares team learnings with other teams to enhance success of the project using experience with Resource Plan Management.

  • Develops, coordinates or monitors all aspects of production, including selection of manufacturing methods, fabrication, or operation of product designs.

  • Partners with key internal stakeholders/process owners to evaluate customer experience for improvement and alignment of current and future products and services utilizing experience with Human-Centered Design (HCD).

  • Manages complex schedules integrating multiple sub-projects. Coaches and mentors team through various stages of the project.

Required Education, Licenses or Certifications

  • Positions require a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Marketing/ Management/ Strategy) or related field and 2 years of experience as a Program, Project or Marketing Manager, or related position.

  • Alternatively, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Marketing/ Management/ Strategy) or related field and 5 years of experience as a Program, Project or Marketing Manager, or related position.

JOB SITE: Columbus, Indiana

WORK HOURS: 40 hours/week 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Compensation and Benefits

Base hourly rate commensurate with experience plus bonus. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
