Robotic Process Automation/RPA Technical Lead (Hybrid)
We are looking for a talented Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Technical Lead to join our Corporate ERP team based out of Columbus, IN. (Hybrid)
In this role, you will make an impact among the following ways:
Provide application or infrastructure technical expertise, analysis, and specifications for IT systems to meet business requirements in accordance with IT architecture policies and standards.
Translate requirements into technical specifications, create detailed solution design, coordinate construction, installation, configuration and testing of IT systems; and identify, troubleshoot and resolve system technical issues.
Hold responsibility for RPA Delivery and overall Solution Design and Technical governance.
Analyze and identify remediation or improvements in the Automation applications and infrastructure solution
Be responsible for managing Business Continuity Planning exercise throughout the year, serving as liaison between Business and Development teams.
Review automation deliverables for maintaining the quality and standards.
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
College, university, or equivalent degree in Information Technology, Business or a related subject required. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Intermediate level of relevant work experience required. 3-5 years of experience.
Demonstrated experience in RPA Delivery and overall Solution Design and Technical governance.
Solid experience as Automation Subject Matter Expert, having provided support for critical production issues.

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
