Supply Chain Order Management Analyst - HYBRID

Description

  • Understand process and system design, complete requirements elicitation (data flow diagrams, Use cases), and develop the Solution design including options if needed. Documentation of all these artifacts

  • Lead and influence business leaders and users to accept change as it relates to system adoption.

  • Make recommendations to achieve business, order management metrics.

  • Lead and participate in six sigma and supply chain improvement projects.

  • Use common processes tools, and information systems to enable supply chain analysis.

  • Develop reporting capability for supply chain Key Performance Indicators.

Qualifications

Skills

  • Experience in Supply Chain Order Management processes and Order Data Attributes: Some of these areas include: EDI, Demand Control, Forecast Management, Order Pricing/Repricing, Order Changes, Order Promising/Rescheduling, Order Leadtime & Transit time, Carrier Calendars, Drop Ship Orders

  • Experience in global transformation projects and deployment activities, including: Fit Gap Analysis, MoSCoW prioritization, Data Management (mapping and transformation), Testing, Training Material Development, Training Subject Matter Experts and End Users, Cutover and Infant Care

  • Experience with various software/tools: Oracle Order Management Modules, Microsoft office tools (e.g. Visio, Excel, PPT), Oracle User Productivity Kit, Toad, Rational

  • Must be capable of managing multiple system deployments simultaneously, whilst navigating in ambiguity and fluid project initiatives and timelines

Education, Licenses, Certifications

B.S or B.A in applicable field or at least 5 years experience in supply chain, order to cash

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience

Intermediate level, minimum three years of relevant work experience required.

Experience in Supply Chain Order Management processes and Order Data Attributes: EDI RLM and non RLM, Demand Control, Forecast Management, Order Pricing/Repricing, Order changes, Order Promising/Rescheduling, Drop Shipments, Order Leadtime & Transit time, Carrier Calendars, Drop Ship Orders

Develop Technical Design Understanding, Complete Requirements Elicitation documents (Data Flow Diagrams, Use Cases), and develop Solution Design Document.

Experience in global transformation projects and deployment activities, including: Fit Gap Analysis, MoSCoW prioritization, Data Management(mapping and transformation), Testing, Training Material Development, Training, Cutover and Infant Care

Lead and influence business leaders and users to accept change as it relates to system adoption

Must be capable of managing multiple system deployments simultaneously, whilst navigating in ambiguity and fluid project initiatives and timelines

Ability to utilize existing team reference material to learn independently, to enable management of data & processes within entire order management process landscape.

Experience with various software/tools:Oracle Order Management Modules, Microsoft Office tools (Visio, Excel, PPT), Power BI, Oracle User Productivity Kit, Toad, Rational

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
