Supply Chain Scrum Master
Description
We are looking for a talented Supply Chain Scrum Master to join our team specializing in Engineering for our Components business unit in Columbus, IN. This role offers a hybrid schedule and would require the candidate to work on site once a quart.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
The Supply Chain IT PMO consists of a group of Project Managers and Scrum Masters who lead Caproate Supply Chain IT transform initiatives, many of the SCIT change projects, and some ad hoc work such as financial management and leadership on specific programs and initiatives.
The person who fills this role will immediately take on a leadership role for at least one major transform initiative.
This scrum master will need to play a role in leading Supply Chain IT to adopt an agile mindset and framework.
The successful candidate will need to have leadership abilities and a working knowledge of waterfall-based project management.
In some cases, the starting point will be waterfall methodology
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Bachelor's degree in business or relevant technology-related program required
Agile Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or Safe Scrum Master Certification (SSM) and/or Safe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) certifications required.
5 years of Agile and/or Project Management experience required
Experience working in a software development organization and in an Agile environment as a scrum master demonstrating knowledge and practical experience of the Lean methodology, principles and tools are highly preferred
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
