Technical Strategy and Integration Technical Advisor (Hybrid)
We are looking for a talented Technical Strategy and Integration Technical Advisor (Hybrid) to join our team specializing in Engineering for our Engine Business in Columbus, Indiana, US.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Creating an optimized system-level design concepts using mechanical design principles
Creating system level design specifications, CAD models/ and managing the engineering drawing release process
Leading design decision making and cross functional design reviews on system level, engine architecture projects working across the product line independently and as a member of a team.
Utilizing engineering tools such as iDFMEA, Dimension Variation Analysis, GD&T, CREO, ANSYS Workbench, GT Suite, FE Safe
Leading and working with an array of technical project groups of small to mid-sized teams
Coaching and mentoring other engineers, project managers and cross-functional team members
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar field
Prior Technical Specialist Engineering experience preferred
Equivalent work experience in a relevant discipline min. 5 years’ experience
CREO experience is preferred

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
