We are looking for a HR Administrator to join our HR team based on site in the UKLC in Daventry.
This is a permanent role working 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday.
Salary is £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
General HR administration duties covering the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment through to exit requirements.
Meeting minute taking.
Produce employee communications.
Support visual communication on site. Ensuring all notice boards and electronic coms boards are up to date and promoting HR activities.
Coordinate Occupational Health diaries.
Signposting employees to relevant department / support functions as necessary e.g., Pension/payroll etc.
Produce reports and present data in line with KPI’s and reporting requirements within the department and wider business.
Run new employee inductions.
Support in the production of presentations.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Experience in a HR Administrator/similar position is essential.
You will require strong administration skills.
Strong computer skills including PowerPoint and Excel capabilities are also required.
You must be comfortable communicating at all levels.
The ability to work in a fast paced, everchanging role is essential.
Remains confidential due to dealing with private information.
