We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Order Management Analyst to develop and deploy a corporate order management system to manage our first fit customer’s orders. This role is the liaison between our IT and development teams and the Cummins Business Stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include working directly with the business to understand and document their requirements and then subsequently collaborating with our IT partners to develop and deploy a scalable, order management solution.
The vacancy is classed as remote, and we would expect someone to be onsite 10% of the time.
Your impact will be seen in these and other ways;
Understand process and system design, complete requirements elicitation (data flow diagrams, Use cases), and develop the Solution design including options if needed. Documentation of all these artifacts Lead and influence business leaders and users to accept change as it relates to system adoption
Required to manage multiple system deployments simultaneously, whilst navigating in ambiguity and fluid project initiatives and timelines
Working on global transformation projects and deployment activities, including: Fit Gap Analysis, MoSCoW prioritization, Data Management (mapping and transformation), Testing, Training Material Development, Training, Cutover and Infant Care
To supplement remote learning, will be required to utilize existing team reference material to learn independently, to enable management of data & processes within entire order management process landscape
Qualifications
To be a success in this role you will need;
Bachelors’ degree is Supply chain/ Business Management/ Business Administration/ Accounting is preferred or equivalent work experience
Previous experience in Order Management is essential
Supply Chain experience is required
Experience with various software/tools: Oracle Order Management Modules, Microsoft office tools (e.g. visio, excel, PPT, Power BI), Oracle User Productivity Kit, Rational, SQL
Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is preferred
Compensation and Benefits
Salary depending on experience: £40,000 - £49,000 per annum
Defined contribution pension scheme - company contributions up to 9%
