We are looking for a talented Warehouse Supervisor to lead our small, close-knit team in our Emerald Warehouse. The role works independently to oversee the warehouse and manage the team. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Managing the day to day running of the warehouse including overseeing warehouse operators and supporting / covering their duties as required

  • Receive incoming goods, accurately sort, label/package, store goods and arrange storage to optimize warehouse space

  • Managing frequent cycle counts and the annual stock control

  • Assisting customers both in person and over the phone, providing assistance with parts interpreting, prioritizing orders and managing any urgent enquiries / issues

  • Manage core and parts credits, organize parts and freight, check parts availability and work with the service advisors to ensure parts are assigned and sent accordingly

  • Ensures a clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping tasks and compliance

  • Operates manual and automated equipment (including a forklift/RF scanners) to pick, pack and ship product and adhering to all health and safety guidelines

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Previous warehousing/stores experience is essential

  • Be keen to step into a leadership role, having great people and organisational skills

  • Previous experience in a customer facing role as part of a team would be beneficial

  • A current Forklift license or be prepared to undertake certification after commencement

  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office – intermediate Excel) and have the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
