Site Access Coordinator

Description

We are looking for a talented Site Access Coordinator to join our team in Fort McMurray, AB.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Coordinating training, administrative support, new hire orientation and onboarding duties

  • Responsible for updating, maintaining and organizing multiple training events for over 100 employees

  • Maintaining up-to-date, accurate training records, such as trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets, and orientations by updating tracking sheet and uploading into employee files

  • Supporting and ensuring all employees maintain current certifications and site entry access; notifying employees of expiring qualifications and scheduling corrective actions

  • Serving as a point of contact for vendors and employees for training, certifications and site badge access

  • Coordinating new hire orientation by preparing and compiling required documents, checklists, training schedules, site badges and virtual training days

  • Administrative duties including expense reporting, meeting and event planning, office supply integrity, data entry, projects and audits

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

  • Business Administration education or certification preferred

  • Significant Microsoft Excel and Administrative experience required

  • Work Schedule M-F 7 am to 3:30 pm with opportunities for overtime
