Cummins Inc. Operations Manager in Fridley, Minnesota

Providing manufacturing leadership and improvement focus in operations driving results, creating and monitoring measures, providing motivation, and setting expectations in safety, quality, delivery and cost.
Communicating with customers, suppliers, shop floor, stakeholders, and staff.

Education, Licenses, Certifications
College, university, or equivalent degree required.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Significant level of relevant work experience, including managerial, leadership, and budgetary experience, required.
This role will report to the Director of Genset Systems & Operations at the Fridley, MN Plant. The role will be expected to provide leadership & strategic vision towards both Exempt and Hourly employees for all of production test at the site and switchgear manufacturing.
Experience working within a production test environment, experience leading teams, ability to manage financial operating plans and history of successfully applying lean manufacturing principles would be preferable skills for the successful candidate.
