We are looking for a talented PSBU Supply Chain Black Belt to join our team specializing in Power Systems Business for our Power Systems Business Segment in Minnesota, MN.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Plans, facilitates, and leads process improvement projects applying Six Sigma methodologies.
Implements and monitors strategic improvement initiatives across a variety of business applications.
Champions Six Sigma processes and methodology.
Independently lead the continuous improvement projects Drive results, ensure accountability and the sustainability of improvement outcomes Independently engage with senior leaders for goal tree, hopper, and strategy alignment
Communicate effectively at all organizational levels
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
6 years professional experience
Advanced/well-developed skills and knowledge within a specific professional discipline, such as Quality, Marketing and Engineering; Green Belt Certified

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
