Business Development Manager

Description

We are looking for a talented Business Development Manager to join our team specializing in Sales for our Distribution Business Segment in Gaborone, Botswana / your remote home office.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Develops, manages, and maintains business relationships with potential accounts assisting the organization's sales strategy.

  • Support profitable growth or new business opportunities for new market segments.

  • Determines appropriate market accounts and creates account plans for targeted accounts.

  • Develops new product/business forecasts through utilization of Cummins tools and processes (i.e. common sales cycle, Customer Relationship Management Systems).

  • Assist /Executes Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) initiatives as needed.

  • Manages and coordinates communication and interfaces with the customer at appropriate levels.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • University Degree in Sales/Marketing or related

  • Minimum of Five years’ Experience in a similar role

  • Having Worked in Mining Environment

  • Being familiar with Cummins Product will be an added advantage
