Business Development Manager
We are looking for a talented Business Development Manager to join our team specializing in Sales for our Distribution Business Segment in Gaborone, Botswana / your remote home office.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Develops, manages, and maintains business relationships with potential accounts assisting the organization's sales strategy.
Support profitable growth or new business opportunities for new market segments.
Determines appropriate market accounts and creates account plans for targeted accounts.
Develops new product/business forecasts through utilization of Cummins tools and processes (i.e. common sales cycle, Customer Relationship Management Systems).
Assist /Executes Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) initiatives as needed.
Manages and coordinates communication and interfaces with the customer at appropriate levels.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
University Degree in Sales/Marketing or related
Minimum of Five years’ Experience in a similar role
Having Worked in Mining Environment
Being familiar with Cummins Product will be an added advantage
