Warehouse Supervisor

Description

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Providing leadership and improvement focus for warehouse operations including transportation and packaging operations.

• Ensuring internal and external customer requirements are met through the Cummins Operating System.

• Providing safe working environment for all Accelera by Cummins and contract employees.

• Managing daily operations across functions to ensure a dependable and efficient supply chain.

• Leading annual operating plan, forecasts, and other measurements for Parts Distribution Center operations.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following competencies:

• Experience utilizing warehousing tools, systems, and methodologies to meet defined metrics for inbound and outbound operations of a warehouse.

• Ability to concisely explain and/or elaborate multi-disciplined and end-to-end integration of the flow of information, products, and services.

• Solid background building strong-identity teams that apply their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals.

• Relevant background experience is required.

• College, university, or equivalent degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related subject required.

• Intermediate/Advance level of English (B2).
