DevOps Software Engineer
We are looking for a talented DevOps Software Engineer to join our team specializing in Systems/Information Technology for our Corporate Business Segment. This is a remote position / your remote home office within the United States.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Develop information systems by studying operations; design, develop and install software solutions; support and develop a software team of developers responsible for building new and supporting existing applications.
Prioritize well, communicate clearly, have a consistent track record of delivery, and have excellent software engineering skills.
Creative engineering balanced with high quality and a customer focus.
Work across multiple facets of a project with multiple responsibilities at the same time.
Strong analytic capability and the ability to create innovative solutions.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, or a related field
Experience working as a software engineer with understanding of Agile concepts.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the phases of Azure cloud DevOps Life Cycle including development, integrations, testing, automation, monitoring, and build & artifact packaging, deployment systems, on-call rotation, and SCRUM/Kanban
Experience deploying highly available production systems on Azure using Azure devOps pipelines and some AWS cloud solutions using AWS Cloud Formation and Salesforce pipelines.
Experience with code testing and quality gate controls within the pipeline such as Tosca and qtest
Experience with database (SQL and NoSQL) design and development and data processing pipelines or ETL (extract, transform, load) systems in Cosmos DB, Mongodb, SqlServer, Data lake, etc
Experience developing frameworks and integrating pre-built frameworks such as Springboot, Django, or ReactJS to design custom applications
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
