Description

We are looking for a talented Investigations and Right Environment Executive Director to join our team in supporting strategic and operational business demands based in Indianapolis, IN. We are open to remote working options and are flexible with office location.

In this role, you will positively impact in the following ways:

  • Develops and directs company-wide strategies, initiatives and programs focused on supporting a positive and inclusive work environment. Ensures all content is aligned to company policies and compliant with legislative requirements. Provides subject matter expertise to business leadership and human resources on all matters pertaining to right environment.

  • Ability to conduct all phases of investigations related to alleged violations of the company's Code of Business Conduct, Right Environment, and other policies and procedures.

  • Establishes and maintains business partnerships through formal and informal engagement with internal stakeholders in support of achieving right environment goals across the company.

  • Leverages internal and external information and data in providing subject matter expertise and guidance to senior business and functional leadership on all matters pertaining to right environment.

  • Establishes and ensures that consistent investigation processes and standards exist. Trains and manages the investigation team, provides relevant training programs, and ensures team is kept up to date with current issues and trends.

  • Utilizes sound judgement informed by knowledge, skills, and diverse experiences in proactively identifying and optimizing holistic organizational right environment solutions while balancing the needs of stakeholders, primarily employees, with those of the company.

  • Proactively leads the exploration, review and analysis of right environment tools and resources (including predictive analytics, artificial intelligence, and employee reporting / resources ) in prioritizing key performance indicators including areas of risk and vulnerability for the organization.

  • Reviews resources and required competencies in monitoring team performance and the impact of right environment initiatives in global, regional, business, and functional segments; formally assess results and providing guidance and direction on improvements.

  • Skilled and experienced in using persuasion and compelling narratives to gain the support and commitment of others

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

University, or equivalent degree; JD/Law Degree (strongly preferred)

Experience:

15 years relevant work experience required as follows:

  • Strong analytical skills and aptitude, with ability to assess risk and evaluate tradeoffs

  • Experience in compliance, program management and operational execution

  • Significant work experience including managing others, process improvement, litigation and/or investigation experience; financial and budgetary experience

  • Expertise in consulting and guidance; provide ongoing coaching to managers and investigators to ensure effective training is in place

  • Ensure consistent investigation standards exist, provide relevant training programs, and manage the internal investigations process in a timely manner

  • Evaluate cases for patterns and trends to identify failures in policies, procedures and/or internal controls

  • Work with appropriate business and functional leaders to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of matter review, compliance, and investigation processes including the development of production metrics and reporting

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
