Sales Incentives & Recognition - Senior Analyst

Description

We are looking for a talented Sales Incentives and Recognition – Senior Analyst to join our team specializing in Sales in Indianapolis, IN / your remote home office.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Analyze the cost-benefit of current and potential future incentive/variable sales compensation and recognition programs.

  • Integrate Customer Perspective - Incorporate an understanding of the customers' perspective on our products and sales efforts to develop sales content that improves our ability to meet their needs and increase revenue.

  • Cultivate innovation - Creating new and better ways for the organization to be successful.

  • Business Process Design - Discovers, models, assesses, measures and improves business processes using standards, templates, tools and methodologies to optimize business performance.

  • Data Analytics - Discovers, interprets and communicates qualitative and quantitative data; decides conclusions relying on knowledge of business or functional frameworks; simultaneously applies statistics, data validity, data visualization, and problem-solving approaches to effectively extract meaningful patterns and business insights; presents conclusions and outcomes that enable data driven business resolutions.

  • Project Management - Establishes and maintains the balance of scope, schedule and resources for a temporary effort (a "project").

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or Business with a quantitative or finance emphasis

  • 3 years of progressive work experience in the administration and/or financial evaluation of compensation programs

  • Must be able to work in a global environment across multiple business units and regions to support a global sales incentives program.

  • Must have the ability to collaborate across functions, especially HR and Global Compensation

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
