Aftermarket Sales Representative
Our Distribution Business Unit in Europe consists of a distributor and dealer support network. They deliver reliable sales and service of durable and high performing engine, generator set and aftermarket products to our regionally based (global) partners.

In this Sales focused role, you will be responsible for identifying and bringing in new business within the DBU business area selling Cummins’ products and services.
This role is perfect for those people who enjoy going out to the market and strategically targeting new customers to maximize sales revenue, if lead generation and closing is not for you then please do not read any futher.
You will need to proactively source your own routes to market within your territory and will be given the autonomy to manage this how you see fit.
Your key metrics in the role will be:
Selling company products and services by developing new prospects and accounts.
Achieving sales targets and ensures customer satisfaction.
Developing relationships to generate customer goodwill and loyalty.
Conducting negotiations according to company guidelines.
Identifying, researches, and contacts prospective customers and builds positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
Responding to customer concerns about the company and its products.
Providing leadership and mentoring to less experienced sales representatives.
Driving utilization of Cummins tools and processes (i.e. Customer Relationship Management, Customer focus Six Sigma).
Skills and Experience Required:
Previous sales experience with aftermarket parts
Experience with Salesforce CRM
Previous demonstratable experience of identifying aftermarket opportunities and to work with internal stakeholders to deliver them to customers
Must be able to collaborate with cross functional departments to ensure customer engagement
Required Education, Licenses or Certifications
Must hold valid driving license
Must not have any travel restrictions
