We are looking for a talented Experienced Productin Associate to join our team specializing in specializing in Manufacturing in Ladson, SC.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Operates machines and production equipment in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment with direct guidance

  • Operates manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble product in order to create the proper characteristics and dimensions necessary to meet customer expectations.

  • Follows all applicable standard work, process documentation, policies and procedures.

  • Maintains clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping tasks and other activities watching over company resources.

To be successful in this role you will need the following

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

Requires minimum of 2 years stable work experience in manufacturing as an manufacturingassociate

Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Education, Licenses, Certifications

Requires minimum of 2 years stable work experience in manufacturing as an manufacturing associate.1.) Team Based work environment training2.) Previous experience operating machines and following safe work practices. Will be required to move to work when needed and available to rotate to different stations based on business requirement following the training matrix3.) Experience using process documentation, standardized work procedures and basic quality controls4.) Experience performing 5S activities, maintain TAKT boards and mini-business trackers up to date and participate/contribute to mini-business meetings5.) Experience completing daily Op Care/Validation/Check off Sheets6.) Will participate in continuous improvement activities as required
