We are looking for a talented HSE Information Specialist with strong Communication Skills to join our team.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Position will assist with HSE communication and talent development initiatives.
Looking for a team play with strong communication skills, ability to work in systems such as Cummins Connect and CLC to maintain communication and training processes.
Will work with subject matter experts to draft, edit and submit communications to identified audiences.
Support and track translations of trainings and communications.
Follow communication process from start to finish - partnering with subject matter experts to draft, review and obtain required approvals, includes use of Workfront application for Eloqua, manipulating Excel files or requesting reports from HR Analytics for developing specific mail groups per intended audience
Complete monthly updates of mail groups used for communication and training purposes using Excel, Cummins Data Privilege site and HR Analytics
Assist end-users with Cummins Learning Center resolutions and system maintenance
Work with subject matter experts to ensure sustainability of communication and training content, including the HSE communication (Connect) site, competencies and associated training programs
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
Ability to effectively draft and edit communication using the Cummins Stylebook and Associated Press guidelines, Corp Communication templates, etc.
Ability to multi-task and flex with changing priorities as needed
Knowledge of HSE Terminology and policies preferred
Attention to detail
Ability to proof-read detailed documents
Excellent written communication skills
Basic project management
Use of collaboration tools.
This is a Remote Position: M - F, 8 AM - 5 PM (Flexible)
Pay starting at $18.00/HR or higher, based on experience level
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
