This is an exciting opportunity for Field Sales Account Executives – Senior # FL003 in Miami Lakes, FL.

Your impact will happen in these and other ways:

  • Apply knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles and practices to sell company products and services in order to ensure that user requirements are met.

  • Utilize knowledge of electrical products to identify, research, and coordinate with prospective users and develop positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.

  • Conduct Technical Sales Negotiations according to company guidelines to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Drive utilization of tools and processes including Customer Relationship Management tools including Salesforce.

  • Confer with engineers, customers, or others to discuss existing or potential engineering projects or products.

  • Compile data and write reports regarding existing or potential electrical engineering studies or projects.

  • Investigate complaints from customers or the public, evaluate problems, and recommend solutions.

  • Analyze customer needs and determine the requirements, capacity, and cost for developing an electrical system plan.

  • Develop account strategies to grow business, formulate marketing plans, identify support needs and measure progress against targets utilizing Customer Focus Six Sigma tools and processes.

  • Utilize Customer Market Profitability tools to support account planning and identify objectives to drive execution of business.

  • Utilize Sales forecasting tools including synchronized business planning process to stay current of new techniques relevant to work being performed and achieve and maintain technical/process competency.

  • Diagnose electrical and electronic problems with installed equipment and provide information needed for the development of custom-made machinery.

  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain electrical and electronic engine products and services to customer and prospective customers.

  • Utilize knowledge of Sales Pipeline Management to plan proactively for successful execution of account/territory-level sales strategies and plans based on current pipeline.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Technical sales negotiation to achieve sales targets

  • Customer Relationship Management tools including Salesforce

  • Developing account strategies

  • Customer Focus Six Sigma tools and processes

  • Customer Market Profitability tools

  • Sales forecasting tools including synchronized business planning process

  • Sales Pipeline Management.

Required Education, Licenses or Certifications:

  • The positions require a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics or Sales Engineering, or related field and 3 years of experience as a Sales or Engineering Development Program Engineer, Project Manager or related position.

WORK HOURS: 40 hours/week - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Compensation and Benefits

Base hourly rate commensurate with experience plus bonus.
