Employee Pension Specialist - 12 Month FTC - Hybrid
Description
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Maintain Audit, including SOx compliance documentation/records and establish/adhere to internal auditing procedures working with Third Party Administrators, consultants, auditors, actuaries, and legal counsel.
Assist in the development of tools and processes to standardize procedures across region (as needed).
Support implementation of these processes and increase efficient use of resources.
Partner to implement and coordinate logistics to support key initiatives from Benefits Committee/Corporate Strategy
Support in special projects as assigned – 6 Sigma and ad‐hoc Committee/Corporate Strategy.
Administers one or more elements of employee benefits programs which may include health, welfare, and retirement plans, in compliance with plan design and government legislation. Assists in resolution of benefits related issues for plan.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the following skills:
Compensation and Benefits Administration - Administers policies following Cummins plan design to ensure accurate and consistent application of Cummins policies in order to make and communicate appropriate compensation and benefits decisions; complies with local legislative and tax requirements to ensure Cummins policies meet governance and legislative requirements.
Human Resources Data Management - Acts on people data to ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance with company policy and legislative requirements.
Collaborates Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives and can communicates effectively by developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
Data Analytics - Discovers, interprets and communicates qualitative and quantitative data; determines conclusions relying on knowledge of business or functional frameworks; simultaneously applies statistics, data validity, data visualization, and problem-solving approaches to effectively extract meaningful patterns and business insights; presents conclusions and outcomes that enable data driven business decisions.
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
- College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.
Experience
Experience within a similar role and a strong understanding of pensions and pension policies.
Intermediate excel skills and experience with VLOOKUP’s up and complex formula.
Working with key stakeholders across various levels and confidence in speaking with director level stakeholders.
Salary
- £29,360 - £44,040
