We are looking for a talented HSE Analyst to join our team specializing in Health and Safety for our Corporate Organization Madison, WI
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Lead technical safety projects (e.g. Ergonomics, hand safety, STFs, etc.) through cross-functional engagements to drive safety improvements in the manufacturing processes
Review HSE incidents to draw trends and analysis, and lead respective functions to implement controls to address gaps regularly
Lead HSE discussions in cross-functional project team meetings to drive the management of change (MOC) HSE assessments and implement solutions
Lead regular HSE inspections and activities of the manufacturing floor to embed safe work practices to influence and drive change in behavior
Lead site effort in exposure sampling and monitoring and following up to implement controls to address the opportunities identified
Lead incident investigation and root cause analysis and use corrective action request /preventive action request (CAR/PAR) processes to drive closure.
Lead site environmental /awareness effort to drive engagement and implement initiatives to drive energy conservation.

Risk Assessment - Evaluates hazards within the work environment by applying hazard identification and risk assessment techniques to analyze and prioritize risk, enabling a selection of control measures that reduce risk as low as reasonably practicable.
Health, Safety and Environment Incident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis - Examines HSE incidents by completing quality, evidence based investigations with accurate root cause analysis, resulting in effective corrective actions, accurate reporting and avoiding repeated incidents.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
