Payroll Time and Attendance Leader

Description

We are seeking a talented Time and Attendance Leader. This role is based in Nashville, TN with 100% remote work available and periodic travel, post pandemic.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Ensuring compliance with relevant labor contracts and other regulatory work rule

  • Serving as a point of escalation to assist Timekeeping Analysts and other internal stakeholders with questions, concerns, and comments in a timely manner

  • Subject matter expert for time and attendance processes

  • Training new team members and managers in the use of the Time and Attendance system (ADP eTime or Kronos)

  • Providing guidance to the team responsible for reviewing and entering corrections submitted by managers to electronic timecards and timesheets ensuring payroll processing deadlines are met

  • Providing time worked reports and analysis to external partners and auditing edits to employee timecards to help ensure compliance

  • Demonstrating analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions

  • Demonstrating strong leadership experience and oversight of processes performed by direct reports

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • College, university, or equivalent to Bachelors’ Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

  • 3 years minimum experience having attained SME level knowledge of Kronos or ADP eTime timekeeping systems

  • Experience with payroll operations and able to demonstrate understanding of how time and attendance systems/data interact with the payroll system

  • Relevant work experience

  • Progressive experience

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
