Senior Compensation Analyst/Stock Plan Administrator (Hybrid)

Description

We are looking for a talented Senior Compensation Analyst to join our team specializing in Global Stock Administration for our Business Services Unit in Nashville, TN. This is a hybrid role.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Will provide daily operational and administrative support for all global equity programs

  • Improve tools and processes to deliver and administer stock compensation programs

  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of stock compensation policies and process documentation

  • Assist with the management of internal and external vendors including contract management and analysis of performance metrics.

  • Design employee communications, develops and facilitates employee education programs, and measures employee understanding/comfort of stock-based compensation

  • Identify key performance metrics for stock compensation processes; measures and analyzes the effectiveness and delivery of stock compensation programs

  • Prepare accurate and timely stock compensation and tax withholding details to Legal, Corporate Accounting, Payroll, and Corporate Tax

  • Partner with line human resources to support the alignment of country and entity-specific stock compensation programs

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • College degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field OR equivalent work experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ compensation or stock plan administration experience

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLookups)

  • Strong communication and analytical skills

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
