Your tasks:
As a Material Planner, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and seamless delivery of materials to support our production and customer commitments. Your responsibilities will include:
Creating requisitions, maintaining purchase orders, and handling related administrative tasks with precision and efficiency.
Collaborating closely with suppliers to schedule and coordinate the delivery of materials, emphasizing quality and on-time delivery.
Proactively identifying and addressing supply chain issues to mitigate risks and ensure continuity of operations.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, including Purchasing, Customer Order Management, and Operations, to drive short-term tactical improvements.
Utilizing your strong analytical skills to drive results and optimize planning signals across the supply chain.
Qualifications
Your profile:
A Bachelor's degree holder in business administration or engineering (preferred).
Experienced in operations, procurement, and/or engineering.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications. Experience in SAP / Oracle is also very much preferred.
Fluent in both English and German, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and effectively under pressure.
A problem-solver with keen attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
