About the role:
Based from our Perth branch, we are currently seeking a Technical Trainer to facilitate and deliver Training for internal employees and external customers. With your first-class communication skills and mechanical knowledge, you will deliver training for engine qualifications, familiarisation and technical material. You will work independently, therefore you must be self-motivated and be able to demonstrate working autonomously. There is some travel required within this role to other branches and customer sites within the region and to eastern states when required.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Technical Training to internal employees and external customers
Use a demand-based model to identify the spectrum of product and process training needs for your territory including distributors, dealers and customers.
Communicate training availability and manage your schedule to meet changing training demand.
Responsible for the accurate capture of training completion records for the students in their territory.
Provide training completion feedback to business and functional stakeholders.
Instructs learners in a manner that engages and adjusts to individual and group needs resulting in knowledge, skills and abilities that can be applied on the job.

About you:
Previous experience in a similar role
Self-motivated and be able to work autonomously
Knowledge of Cummins products is highly desirable
Sound understanding of Technical Training and training delivery methods.
Trade Qualification (Mechanical).
Current driver’s license required.
Understanding of MS Office, reporting and other administrative tasks.
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Desirable).
