We are looking for a talented Scheduling Technician to join our team for our location in Plainfield, IN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Coordinates documents and gathers and inputs data related to assigned administrative support duties for a team, department, function or other organizational leader/group. Performs activities under a moderate degree of supervision.

  • Provides administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports and addressing routine information requests.

  • Performs various functions in making sure that production lines are properly organized/scheduled at all times.

  • Cut down production costs and efficiently utilize available raw materials

  • Ensure on-time delivery of products.

  • Running Reports (access reports and updating various excel spreadsheets)

  • Attending weekly team meetings and determining if the team need to work OT, based on demand.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

  • Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

  • Previous experience with Microsoft Access preferred

  • Previous experience with Microsoft Excel preferred

  • Previous experience with SAP, specifically AS400 preferred

  • 1st Shift: M-TH 6 AM - 4:30 PM, some overtime based on the needs of the facility.

  • Pay starting at $23.50/HR

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
