We are looking for a talented Administration Assistant. Based at our Pooraka, Adelaide branch , this position reports directly to the Admin Manager and is responsible for the operational duties of Administration across all departments. Your role will also be to support the team and provide excellent customer service and execution of administration tasks for internal and external customers. This role is for a 6 months fixed term contract.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Complete high levels of data entry, email management, answer phone calls, complete safety compliance admin, meet and greet customers on the front counter

  • Cross checking records

  • Support the Administration Manager with day to day workload and assist with all adhoc admin duties

  • Utilise your strong verbal and written communication skills with a positive, upbeat attitude and be proactive

  • Navigating Microsoft office tools and internal systems

  • Maintaining Covid controls and overseeing safety initiatives

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Previous experience in a similar role - New graduates are also encouraged to apply

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with a good attention to detail, as well as a professional telephone manner, and the ability to communicate clearly

  • World class interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships with internal and external customers

  • Solid IT skills – with advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools.
