Corporate and Marketing Communications Leader
We are looking for a talented Corporate and Marketing Communications Leader to join our team for our Corporate organization in Pune / your remote home office.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Responsible for designing, creating and implementing a 360-degree communication strategy that stays in the mind of consumers and is consistent across all stakeholders resulting in enhanced brand value of Cummins India.
Leveraging Global Communication framework to create & optimize communication process to drive systematic workflow for India region.
Managing agencies and team members to drive performance for optimum quality output.
Developing a team that is motivated and driven - including work plan development, performance management, coaching and mentoring, team building and development including organization structure and recruiting.
Managing Crisis Communications
Leads changes to communications processes through implementation of new age technology while identifying and solving unique and complex problems across areas or functions.
Simplifies complex messages across multiple stakeholders and leads process improvement in multiple areas of work
Leads process improvement in multiple areas of work, sets targets for data-driven decisions; compiles, analyzes, and utilizes metrics, data, and analytics .
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Post-Graduation in Mass Communication would be preferred but not restricted.
Minimum 12–15 years of experience in the B2B industry with core forte in the field of Corporate & Marketing Communications with the maturity and experience of working closely with the leadership and a strategic mindset to leverage new age technologies
Intuitive Listening and Adapting Solutions - Translates needs, expectations, or asks from customers, stakeholders, etc. into actionable solutions through active listening and intuition; chooses or produces solutions (e.g. process change, tool, product, service, etc.) to meet or exceed the customers’ or stakeholders’ needs or expectations or to provide value.
Leadership presence & maturity with an ability to influence, build credibility and become a trusted advisor for the India Leadership Team
Builds networks - Effectively building formal and informal relationship networks inside and outside the organization.
Ability to effectively articulate orally and through written communication
Drives vision and purpose
This position will report to the Head of CR and Communication.
