Finance Automation and Analytics Sr Developer

Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand business requirements and work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to collect inputs and work towards it.

• Perform technical feasibility check. Design workflow and develop end-to-end solutions.

• Updating and maintaining Developer Coding Standards and best practices.

• Perform User Acceptance testing & Defect fixing.

• Create Test case document & other documents relevant to project.

• Provide Technical support to other team members.

• Ability to work independently, adapt to demanding situations and schedules.

Qualifications

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

• A college, university, or equivalent degree is required.

• Diploma or Certification in technology ie – Python, Power Platform etc will be advantage

Job Location: Pune, Hybrid, up to 5 days a week work from office, Flexible hours

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years hands-on in Automation Development using tools like Power Platform, SQL / Oracle Database, Python, and other BI Tools.

• Desired technical knowledge includes tools like Excel VBA, SharePoint, Analytics, Six-Sigma etc

• Experience in end-to-end project delivery including development on above tools.

Competency:

• Schedule Management: Use recommended project management tools and processes to manage the project schedule and ensure completion within the agreed timeline.

• Scope Management: Use recommended project management tools and processes to manage project deliverables, ensuring that the project includes all and only the work required for successful completion.

• Project Resource Management: Develop resource plans (expense and headcount) using recommended tools and processes to manage resources effectively.

• Project Issue and Risk Management: Identify, assess, and prioritize issues and risks using recommended tools and processes to minimize, monitor, and control the impact of negative events or maximize the realization of positive events.

• Customer Focus: Build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.

• Manages Complexity: Make sense of complex, high-quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to solve problems effectively.

• Resourcefulness: Secure and deploy resources effectively and efficiently.

• Plans and Aligns: Plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.

• Manages Conflict: Handle conflict situations effectively, with minimal noise.

• Communicates Effectively: Develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
