SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR - LEVEL IV

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, either over the phone or in-person, fostering positive relationships and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.

  • Analyze customer needs, initiate work orders, provide quotes, develop repair plans, and schedule service appointments.

  • Create and execute complex work orders, collaborating with Service Supervisor/Team Lead oversight to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

  • Coordinate job assignments with the Service Supervisor/Team Lead, facilitating effective workflow management.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, resolve warranty-related issues, and clarify billing details as required.

  • Monitor workshop performance metrics, including labor productivity and customer satisfaction, and implement improvement strategies.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Flexibility to work night shifts.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in voice processes, preferably in a customer service-oriented role.

  • Ability to independently manage end customers in North America.

  • Proficiency in utilizing marketing research skills to identify optimal service solutions.

Experience:

  • Inbound and outbound calling experience.

  • Email management proficiency.

  • Customer handling skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Inbound and outbound voice process experience.

  • Ability to work night shifts (5 PM – 2 AM).
