Cummins Inc. Maintenance Manager in Rocky Mount, North Carolina

Maintenance Manager


Develop strategy for Plant Maintenance Program and set direction for maintenance leadership on execution.

Manages the planning and execution of the preventive, predictive, and condition based maintenance of production equipment.

Manages Leaders in the maintenance organization.

Manages preventative maintenance processes to ensure equipment is available and capable.

Develops performance standards and formulates staff development plans for high reliability leadership organization.

Develop and manages plant level maintenance budgets.

Coaches and leads maintenance leadership.

Leading maintenance cultural change by words and actions.

Aligned and cascade organizational objectives and metrics

Education, Licenses, Certifications

A STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or related bachelor degree or higher, required.


Significant level of relevant maintenance and manufacturing leadership work experience, including supervisory and leadership experience, required.
