We are looking for a talented Advanced Warehouse Operator join our team specializing in Logistics for our Engine Business Segment in Rocky Mount, NC

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Under some supervision, follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, perform system transactions and dispatch goods in a factory or warehouse. Receive incoming goods; check for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices.

• Remains flexible and performs other miscellaneous duties, as required, to meet business goals

• Follows all applicable standard work, work instruction/process documentation and established quality procedures

.

• Operates manual and automated equipment to pick, pack and ship product per the customer expectations

• Receive incoming goods, accurately sort, label/package, store goods and arrange storage to optimize warehouse space

• Performs quality checks for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices.

• Warehouse Operations - Utilizes warehousing tools, systems, and methodologies to meet defined metrics for inbound and outbound operations of a warehouse.

. Education, Licenses, Certifications

• High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

Requires certification to operate powered industrial vehicles (reach trucks, order pickers, pallet rider, etc.) and/or other heavy machinery.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience

• Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

Need limited Guidance to work on shipping task such as loading of trucks, moving engines/parts into the warehouse, and making materials transaction moves for parts/engines.

• Maintain PIV licenses required for job. Maintains Oracle login requirements for job task.

Compensation and Benefits Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
