We are looking for a talented Marketing Communication Manager to join our Asia Pacific Marketing Communications team.

Reporting to the Asia Pacific Communications Leader, you will manage and implement Marketing Communications strategy and brand building initiatives across Asia Pacific to drive demand for Cummins’ business, build our brand and grow our business by driving communications, social media, managing projects and building trusted stakeholder relationships.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Manage and guide two junior employees

  • Create, leads and executes regional strategic marketing communications strategy, delivers tactics and measures success

  • Refresh and implement the social media strategy to build the regional brand

  • Organize customer events and trade show for the sales team

  • Work in partnership with sales team, global digital marketing operations and product marketing managers to create the marketing strategy, drive campaign planning and execution and monitor marketing effectiveness

  • Manage the design, development, tracking and execution of major omni-channel customer marketing campaigns to support lead generation through to sale

  • Build, lead, and manage relationships with stakeholders/leaders/vendors

  • Develop and implements digital marketing, virtual events and social media campaigns that generate demand, nurture leads through sales funnel

  • Understand and champions digital tools, trends, and channels with stakeholders

  • Champions Cummins brand: writes marketing communications, content, product/sales collateral and case studies for use across key sales channels to target audiences

  • Prepare and executes event planning and event logistics including virtual events/conferences.

  • Manage allotted budget monthly

  • Compile, analyze, and utilize metrics, data, and analytics. Report regularly on marketing effectiveness

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • College, university, or equivalent degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related subject required

  • 5 years work experience in related industry

  • Digital experience (emerging trends, digital for business, metrics, paid vs. organic, advertising content)

  • Excellent editing and writing skills, advanced communication skills to work with senior management in a global matrix organisation

  • Experience working with a global organization with Client/account/project management preferred

  • Project management experience with 6 Sigma, Value Stream Transformation, continuous improvement experience preferred.

  • B2B experience preferred
