National Sales Manager
About the role
This is a varied national leadership role, ensuring efficient team leadership, sales development, and localisation and execution of the global growth strategy. You will ensure delivery of maximum profitability, coverage and accessibility for different customers, whilst taking into consideration current needs and future growth opportunities.
This role sits within the General Management Leadership team and you will influence across various departments including Supply Chain, Project Management, Engineering & Estimating as part of this complex, global business.
Operating in the highly competitive, dynamic, and evolving Energy market, this role suits a result driven individual who will maximise results in their people. Your ability to capitalise on key stakeholder relationships will create a solid foundation to ensure your teams consistently deliver in terms of sales execution, customer service, systems and controls, and profitable returns for all stakeholders nationally. Leveraging off your existing networks, business acumen and a passion for coaching will contribute to success within this role.

Knowledge and experience in Energy Management, Construction, Mining and/or Power Generation
Change Management and Organisational Transformation experience
Strong management experience, within a sales and/or marketing environment with experience in complex bids, forecasting and pipeline management.

Ability to develop effective working relationships with all people, and to lead and influence people.
Manage broad and deep networks of stakeholders to sustain growth.
Strong influencing and coaching skills
Experience driving engagement and creating a climate of motivation and success within dynamic teams

Flexibility for frequent work-related travel
