This is an exciting opportunity in Stockton for a HRIS Business Analyst

Your impact will be seen in these and other ways:

  • You will be required to leads human resource management systems activities.

  • You will be required to act as the functional application expert for one or more technologies.

  • To leads change control processes for the area of responsibility and is a key member of the application or regional implementation team for application upgrades, new or changing solutions, and new integrations.

  • Required to manage the configuration of human resource applications for enterprise, or region-specific requirements in alignment with company design and application standards.

  • To Support and Collaborate with stakeholders on the design of new and changing technology enabled business processes and evaluates the end to end impact.

  • Maintains functional system documentation for assigned technologies and/or regions including change documentation.

  • Manages the testing and implementation of new solutions, system patches and enhancements; ensure documentation of issue resolution.

  • Maintains system security and access administration.

Resolves complex user requests and system issues, leads user training.

Qualifications

Skills and Experience Required:

  • The ideal candidate will requiresubstantial experience implementing or supporting enterprise software applications and hardware used in web environments (Kronos/Oracle/SAP Human Resources/Payroll/Time and Labor preferred)

  • Experience implementing or supporting enterprise applications in a hosted environment

  • SAP HR or Payroll certification or equivalent SAP work experience– HR305, HR306, HR400

  • Payroll industry, processes, Asia-pacific, European countries-specific knowledge and expertise

  • Ability to design and configure SAP R/3 PY and PA module and processes accurately and consistently

  • Supporting issues in Global View CRM system and working with the Payroll Operations team to ensure accurate documentation, classification and resolution of errors

  • Provide consultative advice to Payroll Operation team on payroll changes

  • Participate in and take the lead in project teams acting as the lead technical consultant

  • Participate as required in cross regional activities, workshops etc. aiming at sharing and improving on current processes and practices.

Required Education, Licenses or Certifications

Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary £43,000 - £46,000 (Dependent on experience)

8% Variable Bonus (dependent on company’s performance)
