We are looking for a talented Laboratory Coordinator to join our team for our location in Stoughton, WI.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Engage with test requestors to optimize test schedule and drive best use of available assets.

  • Lead alignment and scheduling meetings to drive accurate information and awareness of schedule for requestors, leaders, test engineers, and technicians.

  • Compile and report metrics as needed.

  • Provides administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, and addressing routine to complex information requests.

  • Gathers, compiles, and verifies information and enters it accurately into documents such as reports, presentations, or forms; and office systems such as databases or spreadsheets.

  • Completes data collection, data entry and report generation on various departmental related activities.

  • Participates as a team member on departmental related business improvement assignments and projects as needed.

  • Act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience.

  • Completes work with a limited degree of supervision.

  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

  • Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.

  • Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Support data quality function as it applies to laboratory workflow and process alignment.

  • Ability to work schedule – 1st Shift (M-F 8 AM - 4:30 PM, flexible)

  • Pay based on experience level

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
